1. Food Safety Policy
As our products are edible food items, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Important: For health, hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or consumed food products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged product received during transit.
Package received in a visibly tampered condition.

6. Replacement Process
Where approved, a replacement product may be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
Replacement availability depends on stock levels.
If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
Delivery timelines for replacement shipments may vary.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
UPI payments may take 2–5 business days.
Banking refunds may take 5–7 business days.
Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on the issuing bank.
Actual processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging or shipping stages, cancellation may not be possible.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or provides incorrect shipping information resulting in failed delivery, shipping and handling charges may not be refundable.

Crave Nuts shall not be responsible for delays, damages or delivery issues arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics or courier network failures.
